Ipawpal is currently designed around a US-first shopping experience. Delivery timing, available shipping options, and final costs are shown during checkout whenever applicable.

Order processing

Most orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation. During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping

• United States: the primary checkout experience is designed for US shoppers.
• International destinations: selected international shopping guidance may be available for Hong Kong, Mainland China, Japan, and Korea. Final availability and cost depend on checkout settings and destination.
• Tracking: when tracking is available, the tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout.

Returns and exchanges

If you need help with a return or exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging where possible.

Pet apparel sizing can vary by product. Please check measurements before ordering. If you are unsure about size, contact us before checkout with your pet's chest, back length, and neck measurements.

Non-returnable situations

• Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered.
• Items missing original packaging, labels, or accessories.
• Final-sale items, where clearly marked.
